Welcome to the ASW Library - providing our learner community with ample research and reading material, in a variety of multimedia format.
Our mission is to inspire curiosity, support learning, teach research skills, and promote the love of reading. We have a large collection of over 40,000 books and magazines, as well as 24/7 access to a rich collection of e-resources and online research databases.
The library creates many opportunities to celebrate and promote a culture of reading at ASW including:
- Reading Challenges
- Author visits
- Book Clubs and Student Library Advisory Teams
- Research support for PYP Exhibition, Personal Project, IB Extended Essay
The ASW Library exists to support and enrich learning by providing flexible instructional spaces, a diverse collection of resources, and expert guidance that connect and extend learning beyond the classroom. As an active hub for collaboration and inquiry, we partner with teachers and learners to co‑create learning experiences, catalyze critical thinking, and support multiliteracies. Through welcoming physical and virtual places, purposeful services, and programmes that promote reading for pleasure and academic growth, we inspire a love of reading and inquiry and empower our community to become engaged, compassionate, and curious lifelong learners.
