Student Life

Learning at the American School of Warsaw thrives far past the walls of the traditional classroom. We believe that true holistic growth happens when students explore their passions, challenge their limits, and collaborate with peers across all divisions.
Our co-curricular program offers a wide array of activities, clubs, and competitive opportunities designed to engage every student. Members of our community step onto the court as ASW Warriors in regional CEESA athletic tournaments, explore their creative boundaries in our visual and performing arts programs, and lead globally minded initiatives like Model United Nations (MUN) and dedicated service learning projects.
Through these diverse experiences, ASW students build lifelong friendships, develop essential leadership skills, and cultivate the confidence to make a meaningful impact on the world around them.
Athletics is an integral part of student life at ASW, shaping their growth from elementary through high school. Through sports, our students develop physically, emotionally, and socially while learning valuable life skills.
ASW offers a wide variety of extracurricular program options for all students. Most programs are run after school, with some activities and clubs meeting before school, on weekends or during special periods.
The ASW Library exists to support and enrich learning by providing flexible instructional spaces, a diverse collection of resources, and expert guidance that connect and extend learning beyond the classroom.
Through the age-appropriate integration of technology in our school, it empowers our students to be lifelong learners, who thrive in a dynamic global society.
Food is prepared on-site with meat and vegetarian options. These meals, prepared with care, consist of Polish and international cuisines.
Student transportation is an independent service provided by Sargent School Bus Service, a long-standing partner of the ASW community since 2001.
