High School

Welcome to the High School at the American School of Warsaw

The high school student body, hailing from over 50 different countries, consists of 308 students in grades 9 through 12.

Students in grades 9 and 10 continue their studies in the IB Middle Years Programme framework, which will lead them to our well-established International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in grades 11 and 12, one of the most rigorous courses of study offered in high schools worldwide.

Our high school students also have opportunities to participate in athletics, community service, student government, theatre, arts, as well as a plethora of independent pursuits in areas of personal interest.

In the Program of Studies you will find descriptions of subjects offered in grades 9-12, course offerings current to this year, the support services offered, and an explanation of ASW’s graduation requirements, our American high school diploma, and the International Baccalaureate Programme.

The college planning process begins in the 9th grade. Our college counselors meet with parents and guide students through a process of self-evaluation through both individual conferences and class meetings.

We are here to help you shape your future! Inquire today and let's get started!
