Your journey at ASW begins here

Our goal in Admissions is to ensure that every students has the very best start at ASW. We achieve this by supporting families at every stage of the application process.

The first stage of this process is to get to know our school. Please download our brochure, browse our web pages, and when you are ready, send us an inquiry or arrange a visit to our campus. Before applying, please read the 'How to apply' section below.

Eva Woodruff
Director of Admissions

Thank you for your interest in our school. ASW is a leading English language pre-K through Grade 12 school offering a challenging academic curriculum including the International Baccalaureate program.  As an inclusive school, we welcome a balance of learners who have a diverse set of abilities and interests from the international community and our host country of Poland. We encourage all students to pursue their own path of learning through a broad range of challenging and enriching academic, artistic, athletic and service learning experiences.

We welcome your questions and would love to help you explore ASW. To discuss your family’s plans and your child’s academic needs we encourage you to contact us by filling out the online inquiry form.

Information about each of the school divisions can be found under the Learning section: Elementary School, Middle School, High School program of studies, academics, counseling, sports, and much more.

If you are planning to apply for admission to ASW, we recommend that you read the User Guide to Admissions 2020-2021. This guide provides an overview of the admissions process as well as detailed instructions. Once you are ready to begin your application process, please click on the 'Apply' button.

While we admit students year-round, applications received by the priority deadline (please see User Guide to Admissions) will be considered in the first round of offers.

The best way to get to know ASW is to visit our campus when school is in session, to explore our facilities and to watch our staff work with students. We invite you to make an appointment with us to tour the campus, join the short information session and ask all the questions you need to regarding our online application process. Please call us or e-mail to arrange a visit.

We look forward to meeting you at ASW!

Eva Woodruff, Director of Admissions and Registrar
