• Early Years (PK3 to Grade 1): Copy of the most recent school report or Letter of Opinion from the current academic year
• Elementary School (Grade 2 to 5): Copies of school reports from the last and this current academic year
• Upper School (Grade 6 to 12): Copies of school reports from the last two and this current academic year
• High School Applicants: Copies of high school transcript
• IBDP Transfer Applicants (Grade 11, 2nd semester or Grade 12): Completed IB DP Student Transfer Form

Important Note: Please submit all school reports and assessments in English. If they are in another language, include a certified English translation. Upload both the original report and the translation. All reports must be official, with the school’s signature and stamp.

In your application, please provide the names and email addresses of the teachers. Once you click submit, teachers will receive a link to the questionnaire, which they must complete in one sitting; otherwise, the link will expire.

• Elementary School (PK to Grade 5): One online teacher questionnaire from your child’s current homeroom teacher
• Upper School (Grades 6 to 12): Three online questionnaires from your child’s current Mathematics teacher, English teacher, Guidance counselor or Principal

These forms are confidential and submitted by the teachers via OpenApply.

Please submit color copies of the original documents in pdf format.

Note: As per our Admissions Policy, in all cases, nationality will be determined by the documentation submitted by the parent/guardian, wherein the child and at least one parent/guardian demonstrate the same nationality.

Any reports or information that may relate to your child’s learning and well-being at school, such as: Educational-Psychological Reports, medical reports, Individualized Education Plans (IEP/ILP), Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy, Behavioural or counselling reports, any other documentation that may help the school understand and support your child’s learning needs.
