Please join us tonight for a moment of celebration and a deep dive!! We have a very special announcement and much to share on Accreditation as a follow-up to the message you received yesterday requesting your involvement in the NEASC process.  We'll also share Terrace Metrics results and semester updates from various groups, including Dr. O.  See you tonight!!

 

Yesterday, the winners of the International School Awards 2023 were announced during a live online event.

There were ten award categories, each focusing on a fundamental aspect of international school life, including innovation and creativity in learning, ethical values in education, community partnership, and students' future pathways.

Out of almost 300 nominations received from many international schools in 61 countries, there was one from the ASW. 

Our school received the Community Partnership Award for supporting the Ukrainian community established in response to the war in Ukraine through the #ASWforUkraine program. The community partnership award recognizes a school initiative that is being implemented that involves students as community partners, working in collaboration with an external group to develop an impact in the community.

The aim of the International School Awards is to showcase the outstanding initiatives that address the needs for learning and for community action that are being implemented by international schools around the world.
