INTERNAL REPORTING PROCEDURE NOTICE

We have adopted an internal reporting procedure at the American School of Warsaw. If, during the recruitment process or negotiations preceding the conclusion of an employment contract or cooperation agreement, you have learned of a violation of the law or have reasonable suspicion of an actual or potential violation of the law that has occurred or is likely to occur at the American School of Warsaw, you can report it using our secure reporting channel. W American School of Warsaw przyjęliśmy procedurę zgłoszeń wewnętrznych. Jeśli w trakcie rekrutacji lub negocjacji poprzedzających zawarcie umowy o pracę lub umowy o współpracę dowiedziałaś/dowiedziałeś się o naruszeniu prawa lub nabrałaś/nabrałeś uzasadnionego podejrzenia dotyczącego zaistniałego lub potencjalnego naruszenia prawa, do którego doszło lub prawdopodobnie dojdzie w American School of Warsaw, możesz dokonać zgłoszenia, korzystając z naszego bezpiecznego kanału zgłoszeń. Procedura zgłoszeń wewnętrznych jest dostępna pod tym linkiem.

Public Warning: Beware of Fraudulent Recruitment Offers

The American School of Warsaw (ASW) has been made aware of a fraudulent recruitment scam targeting individuals via email. Scammers are impersonating ASW or companies claiming to represent us, offering fake job opportunities.

Please be advised of the following:

  • Official Communication: The American School of Warsaw does not use generic email addresses like careerecruitment@gmail.com or similar free email accounts for official recruitment correspondence or any other school business. All legitimate ASW communications will come from official ASW email addresses (e.g., ending with @asw.org).
  • No Requests for Funds: ASW will never ask for money, fees, or sensitive personal financial information (such as bank account details) early in our recruitment process, or at any stage where it is not absolutely necessary for official employment procedures.
  • Verification is Key: If you receive a job offer or recruitment communication that seems suspicious, please do not respond to the sender.

All genuine employment opportunities at the American School of Warsaw are posted exclusively on the Careers section of our official website.
