We provide a challenging, student-centered, internationally minded, English language learning environment where children across all grade levels are encouraged and supported to become independent learners and leaders.
Students at ASW follow the three core International Baccalaureate programmes throughout their learner journey at ASW. These are the PYP (PreK-Grade 5), the MYP (Grades 6-10) and the IB DP (Grades 11 & 12). These programmes develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who are motivated to succeed.
PYP
(PreK-Grade 5)
Students in the Early Years and Elementary Schools follow the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). This program nurtures and develops young students as caring, active participants in a lifelong journey of learning.

(Grade 6 -10)
Students in grades 6-10 follow the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP). The MYP encourages students to make practical connections between what they learn with the real world.

IB DP
(Grades 11+12)
Students in grades 11 and 12 can choose to follow the IB Diploma Programme (DP). The DP aims to develop students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge, and who flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally, and ethically.
