And here's a little more about the Cross Country meets from the coaches:

'The MS cross country team, coming off the heels of one of the most enjoyable seasons for coaches in recent memory, saw their season come to a close at the CEESA meet in Prague. Top runners on the girls side included Natalia D, who finished 2nd in both the 3.5 and 2.5 km, as well as Nina B, who earned a medal by finishing 3rd in the 3.5 km. In boys action, our sensational sixth grader Quinten G earned a medal by finishing 3rd in the 3.5 km followed by newcomer Jeremy L finishing 4th at the same distance. Team results saw the Warrior girls finishing in 2nd place and the boys placing 3rd. Huge thanks to all of those who supported us throughout the season by running with us in the Kabaty Forest as well as our in-house graphic designer Mr. Campbell for helping us with our sweet team swag. The HS cross country teams finished out their seasons with a strong showing in Prague. The girls finished fourth in a very competitive field led by Sasha M, who finished 11th in both the 5k and 3.5k races. The boys took home second place after extremely strong performances by all 6 runners led by Luca M, who took 2nd in both the 5k and 3.5k. Following that up were Dominik B, who was 6th in the 5k and 7th in the 3.5k. Overall, all the boys runners finished in the top half of all racers and we were able to close the gap on first place in Prague on the second day of competition.'
